Merchandise purchased from muji.ca can be returned or exchanged at any location within the same province within 30 days of delivery with a receipt.
Product must be in resalable condition with the original tag.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued without a receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original tender for the price paid.
Customer must notify our customer service at email@example.com within 7 days of arrival if package found with visible damages or missing merchandise for full refund.
MUJI reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.

All of our Ontario locations will not be accepting in-store/in-person returns and exchanges during the lockdown, as we’re doing our part to minimize interaction as much as possible and keep everyone safe.
Merchandise purchased from muji.ca can be mailed to the MUJI Atrium store for a return or exchange during the lockdown.
Please include your invoice within your order and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return/exchange information. Return/exchange information includes your order number/receipt number, as well as whether it's a return or exchange.
We extended the return and exchange policy to 60 days from delivery and will accept in-store returns and exchanges again once the State of Emergency in Ontario is lifted.
