Merchandise purchased from muji.ca can be returned or exchanged at any location within the same province within 30 days of delivery with a receipt.
For Ontario customers, all of our Ontario locations will not be accepting in-store/in-person returns and exchanges during the lockdown, as we’re doing our part to minimize interaction as much as possible and keep everyone safe. The in-store return policy for Ontario customer is extended to 30 days from when we re-open. Merchandise purchased from muji.ca can be mailed to MUJI Atrium for a return or exchange during the lockdown.
Product must be in resalable condition with the original tag.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued without a receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original tender for the price paid.
Customer must notify our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival if package found with visible damages or missing merchandise for full refund.
MUJI reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.
