MUJI's New Denim

We thought about what denim can be worn for a long time without getting tired of.
It is a durable and basic design.
By not making distressed jeans or bleaching fabric, we reduce the amount of water and chemicals used as we are working to reduce our environmental impact.
This is the start of MUJI's new organic cotton denim.

What's New About Our Denim

Optimize Each Fit

We select the best performing materials to allow the fabric to stretch with every movement. Every pair of jeans is made with highly elastic materials and organic cotton.

Attention To Details

We changed the shape of the slim straight fit so that it looks beautiful on everyone. The regular fit uses punched copper rivets and color stitching to create a straighter and more authentic denim look.

Environment Friendly

We stopped using distressed processing, which is generally performed by hand or by laser, requires a lot of time and effort, burdens the human body, and consumes electricity. In addition, by shortening the number of times the thread is dyed to 1/3 that of Dark Navy, the new color “blue” reduces not only the dye but also the water used in the washing process.
