    "It can sometimes be hard to start shredding as you need to hold the paper, shredder, and turn the knob so that the paper shredder starts shredding the paper and holds the paper in place. It is definitely a bit heavy but this makes it feel durable/sturdy rather than bulky. Very happy with the purchase."
