won’t lay flat

"nice smooth paper and a variety of pens look beautiful on it. i really do like it but it’s a real pain to work on the left pages- it made me not even want to use it at first! it just won’t lay flat"

Fun Little Notebook But Has A Flaw

"I am enjoying using these notebooks. The paper is incredibly smooth and the covers are very simple, attractive and customizable (I covered mine with drawings of My Neighbour Totoro). The only problem I have with these notebooks is that they don't lay flat, so it's a pain to write or draw on the backsides of the sheets of paper when you're just starting to use the it. I usually have to put another book underneath to be able to use the backsides of the paper. But the good news is that with so many sheets in the notebook, you don't necessarily need to use both sides of the sheets if you don't want to. All in all, a good product that I would purchase again."
