This convenient cooking kit helps you effortlessly make tom yum goong, a hot and sour lemongrass chili pepper soup from Thailand. The kit includes four types of spice mixes, tom yum sauce, and fish sauce. Simply add shrimp, vegetables, and other ingredients and simmer to easily make tom yum goong. You can also combine it with boiled pho noodles to create tom yum ramen.

White beech mushrooms (50g)

Milk: 2 tablespoons (approx. 30ml)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Remove the mushrooms stems and separate them. Remove the tomato stems.
2. Put the water in a pot and add the spice mix. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the Tom Yum sauce, prawns, mushrooms, mini tomatoes, sugar and milk. Simmer for 1 minute.
4. Ready to serve once the prawns are cooked. Add the fish sauce and serve.
