Pad Thai sauce: 65g
Topping sauce: 20g*

Chinese chives: 1/2 bunch (50g)
Beansprouts: 80-100g
Egg: 1
Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons (approx. 45ml)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut the chives in 4 cm pieces and beat the egg in a bowl.
2. Place rice noodles in boiling water and simmer for 4 minutes, then drain in a colander.
* Do not boil the rice noodles for too long.
3. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan. Add beaten egg and scramble, then set aside in a plate.
4. Heat the pan again and add the remaining oil. Add the prawns, chives, beansprouts and rice noodles and stir fry.
* If the rice noodles are hard, add a little water.
5. Add the scrambled egg and Pad Thai sauce and stir fry.
6. Add the topping sauce and serve.
Recipe tips:
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the dish according to taste.
- For additional ingredients, we recommend adding pork and fried tofu.
