Perfect until it gets jammed!

"My favourite part of this bottle is the dual openings. I personally prefer narrow bottle necks for my tumblers, but that usually means you have to buy special ice trays so you can insert ice into it. But with this bottle, I can open the lower lid and dump my ice in and close it back up again, and drink out of the top lid, zero issue. It's also nice that it opens this way because it makes it much easier to clean. I also did a 24 hour test, and it was able to retain the ice for ~18 hours, and the water was still cold after 24 hours. The instructions in the tag say it lasts for much less time, so this was a nice surprise. My biggest issue with this bottle is that sometimes the plastic bottle neck piece moves and it jams the entire lower lid fastener thing. At first I thought this might be a staff mistake, but no! It's mentioned on the product tag, they know about this. There's an easy fix where you turn it in the direction you would usually close it to reposition and loosen the lower lid. However, if you're like me and you're very weak or you have hand mobility issues, it's a STRUGGLE. I felt like I was fighting for my life the 2 times it got jammed. I even used pliers on one of the attempts without luck. Anyway, other than that I highly recommend getting this! This is one of those underrated types of products. It's great that it's versatile for normal beverages and carbonated ones."
