A premade soup with lots of freeze-dried ingredients using sticky vegetables such as okra and morokheiya (molokhia). Ginger and yuzu were added to make the soup more flavourful.

Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving colour, flavour and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.

How to make

  1. Put the soup cube into a bowl/cup and add 160mL of hot water.
  2. Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.

CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.

Flavourful

"Great on a winter day lunch, and good for you!"

Angela L. (5/5)

Okra-wonderful!

"I was skeptical initially, but pleasantly surprised. Word of warning to those who are sensitive to textures in food - it is sticky/gluey. But to those who are used to eating okra - it's perfect. Just enough flavour without being too salty/overpowering. This soup has officially joined my lunch rotation."

Expire date. . .

"Product is good but expire date was in a month. I expect that dry food the expire day would be longer. Won't buy online again."
