I admit I was skeptical at first; my past experiences with recycled paper have been consistently disappointing, marked by rough textures, excessive ink bleeding, and feathering. However, Muji's recycled paper is a game-changer. It's incredibly smooth, and to my delight, it handles fountain pen ink beautifully with no bleeding or feathering. I've put it through its paces with a variety of wet pens and inks, testing different nib sizes from extra-fine all the way to broad and even a 1. 5mm stub. This paper stood up to every single test. From now on, Muji will be my go-to for all notebooks and paper. I genuinely get excited when someone asks me what notebook I'm using because I love sharing the discovery of such high-quality, budget-friendly finds.
