Tom Yum Kung Cooking Kit

Ingredients: [Tom yum sauce (100g)] tom yum paste (lemongrass, vegetable oil, table salt, sugar, galangal (2.0%), hom daeng (red onion, shallot), kaffir lime leaf, lime, garlic, red pepper, citric acid, dried shrimp, paprika pigment (colour)), fish sauce (sardines, salt, sugar), chili oil (soybean oil, red pepper), coconut milk, water, lemongrass, soybean oil, sugar, salt, red pepper, citric acid, xanthan gum (thickener), paprika pigment (colour). [Fish sauce] sardines, salt, sugar. [Spice mix] galangal, lemongrass, red pepper, kaffir lime leaf.

Cooking time: approx. 10 minutes

Tom Yum sauce: 100g*
Fish sauce: 10g*
Spice mix: 10g*
Prawns (deveined): 6
White beech mushrooms (50g)
Mini tomatoes: 6
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 2 tablespoons (approx. 30ml)
Water: 350ml

Cooking Instructions:
1. Remove the mushrooms stems and separate them. Remove the tomato stems.
2. Put the water in a pot and add the spice mix. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the Tom Yum sauce, prawns, mushrooms, mini tomatoes, sugar and milk. Simmer for 1 minute.
4. Ready to serve once the prawns are cooked. Add the fish sauce and serve.
