Pho Ga Cooking Kit

Ingredients: Rice, tapioca starch, fish sauce (seafood, salt, sugar), water, maltodextrin (tapioca), salt, sugar, coriander root, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt, dextrin [tapioca, corn, potato, sweet potato], caramel pigment (colour)), garlic, yeast extract, chicken powder, pepper, onion, xanthan gum (stabilizer), PH adjuster (citric acid).

Contains: wheat, soybean, chicken, seafood.

Manufactured on machinery that also processes egg, milk constituent, shrimp, crab, peanut.

Cooking time: approx. 15 minutes

Rice noodles: 100g *
Soup base: 25g x 2 bags*
Chicken meat: 120g
Chinese chives: 2-3 (15g)
Water: 500ml

Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice the chicken, and cut the chives in 3 cm pieces.
2. Place rice noodles in boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes, then drain in a colander.
3. Put the water in a pot and boil. Add the soup base, chicken and chives and simmer until chicken is cooked.
4. Separate 2 and 3 in two portions, and serve in bowls.
