"I'd like to tell you about how wonderful this product is, but I can't.. Tonight I put in an order that included this item, it was put in my virtual cart when I clicked on it, but when I went to check out I was told in a brief message that they couldn't deliver it. Why are they selling it if it cannot be delivered,? I'm a disabled person unable to get to the Muji store which is in walking distance from us - that is, if you can walk! The last experience in the store was ghastly because the escalators were not functioning, so I've given up in-person shopping at Muji TO. It's not the big things that get you, it's the little ones. After having the $12 item removed from my cart my total came to under $80. They then indicated that my order would be delivered for $15. I had engineered it so I qualified for the free delivery. So...I don't get the sauce and I have to pay $15 more. Of course I added some paper products to bulk up the order to $80 again, so no delivery fee. I'm mighty peeved. Why I should be so annoyed I'm not so sure; if they'd said they were out of stock, or even put a note on this page saying ," We don't deliver this product to crazy disabled old women" (said in a jokey voice) then I'd have scrolled on by. Hope you enjoy your own treasured bottle of the prized tangy sauce."
