    "This is a lovely, good-looking little pouch. It is perfect for carrying around important documents and a small notebook and a pen. Unfortunately, I cannot fit my Kindle Paperwhite in it. It is just a bit too small for this device. However, it is a great stylish way to carry around smaller items; that said, for me, since all my trousers have pretty big pockets, I am finding that I won't use it that much day to day. That said, it is waterproof and stylish, so it will have its uses now and then! For example, if I know for a fact that I will be travelling in wet weather, it's a good option - or if I just want to stylise my look, it is an option!"

    Buying online is the worst.

    "I ordered the burgundy color from Muji.CA. The bag I received didn't come with the included shoulder strap, so I immediately emailed the customer center, but received a simple reply saying, "I've escalated your case to our team for further investigation".Could you send me the shoulder strap? , can I exchange it? Will you accept returns? . More than a week has passed with no response. I live in an area where there are no stores, so I am still waiting for customer service to respond. I have lost trust in Muji."
