    I didn't receive the socks.

    "I didn't receive 2 pairs of socks that I ordered from Muji Canada online. Upon discovering the items are missing from my order I contacted support (via email), and received a reply that this has to be checked with the warehouse. After following up on this, as I haven't heard back for a while, the Muji team (Emily) replied to me that both items were out of stock, and told me they'll provide a store credit for the sum of missing items. I got the store credit code but in the end I wasn't able to use it at the Muji store Toronto, as they told me it doesn't work. it would be great to get a proper refund instead. Thanks, Sofia"
