Freeze Dried Adductor & Seaweed Rice Porridge
We added brown rice and sesame to the rice porridge using scallops and seaweed to bring out the texture. It has a refreshing plum flavour.
Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving colour, flavour and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.
How to make
- Put the porridge cube into a bowl/cup and add 160mL of hot water.
- Let sit for 2 minutes and stir in between to mix.
CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.
