    "I ordered a kettle online last week. The product itself is good and I’m happy with it. However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. I paid $15 for delivery and stayed home all day waiting. There is also a blue box downstairs in my building where packages can be left. Despite this, Canada Post did not deliver the item to my building and only left a notice for me to pick it up at the post office. I don’t understand why I had to pay $15 for delivery just to end up collecting it myself. Please stop using Canada Post for your deliveries. Otherwise, I will not be ordering from Muji again."
