"Great for space, compartments are well made, wheels are smooth, BRAKES on the wheels help out a lot (escalators, subway, easy to hold a coffee without spilling). Perfect for a 4-5 day trip, so a little bulky feeling (may feel a bit heavy, but rolls smooth), the shells apart feel a little loose. . . but closed together, pretty strong. Wrong Bag in the Box

"Our order came with the wrong colour of bag in the box, directly from the factory. We contacted Muji immediately to replace it. It's been almost a month and we still haven't received the proper colour. Muji's customer service has been kind, but communication has been slow, unhelpful, and it's always us updating them, not them updating us. It ruined a Christmas gift."
