"I never received my order, and although it was Purlator’s fault, I got charged the delivery fees anyway… so far I haven’t been reimbursed for the merchandise…, the online shopping experience was a total disappointment, as well as customer service … and as much as I love Muji, I will NEVER buy at Muji Canada again…"
