MUJI CANADA LIMITED is actively seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to join our MUJI Robson Street location. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions. If your experience/education and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you!

Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service to MUJI customers. Staff must be proactive and excel in a multi-tasking environment which is constantly changing. Staff should be eager to learn as MUJI carries over 7000 products. Ideal sales associates will be well versed in MUJI's philosophy and possess a love for its products. Staff are sometimes required to lift and transport heavy items. Minimal computer knowledge is necessary.

Role and Responsibilities

• Balancing cash register
• Changing displays
• Restocking

• Maintain department and stock room, as well as drive sales
• Quickly resolve and/or communicate any issues or problems with management to find appropriate resolution

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shifts of up to 8 hours
