MUJI CANADA LIMITED is actively seeking a Full Time e-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our EC Fulfillment team working in our MUJI Metrotown location. Purpose

The primary responsibility of the FT E-commerce Fulfillment Associate is to support the fulfillment team by managing the day-to-day operations. The Fulfillment Associate is integral in managing the efficiency of the orders. Staff must be proactive and excel in a multitasking environment which is constantly changing. The ideal E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate will be well versed in MUJI's philosophy and possess a love for its products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the efficiency of picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Tracking the oldest unfulfilled orders and ensure timely shipping
• Quality control of items packed and shipped
• Managing the team schedules
• Responsible for supply ordering
• Oversee online returns to the store and continuously work to minimize out of stock situations
• Assist with replacement orders
• Work closely with the e-commerce division to continuously improve website and operations based off customer feedback
• Help achieve team goals while meeting personal quotas
• Manage and optimize inventory levels

Job Description

• As the E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service through speedy order fulfillment.
• Facilitate the team by providing support in various job functions.
• Staff will be expected to communicate and collaborate with different departments to resolve issues/ answer questions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience advantageous
• Previous fulfillment experience or warehouse experience advantageous
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shifts of up to 8 hours
