    - When the product is heavily stained, soak in lukewarm water with a chlorine based or oxygen based bleach. When using bleach follow the manufacturer's instructions on the package.

    - Do not put detergent in the pot and close the lid. Doing so may cause breakage.

    - Do not sterilize in boiling water. The heat may cause deformation, cracking, cloudiness, and/or discolouration.

    - Do not use thinner, benzine, alcohol or paraffin, doing so may cause breakage.

    - Always carry the product by holding the pot, otherwise the lid may get separated and cause the contents to spill out. It will also put excessive load on the pot and may cause leakage or breakage.

    "I never use it to brew anything hot. Mostly as water storage so I don't have to constantly get up and get more water while working on my desk. It makes great tea cold brews. I usually use it to cold brew either barley tea or green tea. Very easy to use. I used to cold brew on glass jug and it's a pain to get the teas out cause it's stuck at the bottom of the jug. This prevents me from that nuisance."

    Great 2L pot for tea, hard to clean corners.

    "I've been using it everyday since I got it. However, there is a small corner at the bottom of the water pot that is very hard to clean because of the design. The 1 star I took off for this design fault. It is slightly cumbersome as I often drink green tea and when not cleaned properly the little corner looks like it has biofilm (it is only green tea residue). Otherwise really fits the bill, good price, sturdy, and very minimalist look is nice to have!"
