Freeze Dried White Bait & Laver Rice Porridge
Rice porridge made with whitebait, seaweed and sesame seeds. Finished with a refreshing Japanese flavour.
Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving colour, flavour and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.
How to make
- Put the porridge cube into a bowl/cup and add 160mL of hot water.
- Let sit for 2 minutes and stir in between to mix.
CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.
