Are MUJI gift cards available in Canada?

Gift Cards are not available in MUJI Canada for both the online store and for physical stores at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please report any anomalies or issues with your order within 7 days of arrival. If an item arrives damaged please send an image of the damage with your order number in the subject line to We will further assist you there.

Please report any anomalies or issues with your order within 7 days of arrival. If you received the tracking update that your order was delivered but you did not receive your order please check with any neighbors/ doormen/ mailroom personnel who may have picked up your parcel. If it is still not found please email us with the order number and tracking number.

What warranty do your products have?

MUJI kitchen appliances, aroma diffusers, aroma ultrasonic humidifiers, clocks, and USB desk fans have a limited 1 year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctioning caused by inappropriate use or handling of the product. This warranty is valid for one year after the date of purchase.

All replacements are subject to verification of the defect along with proof of purchase by original sales receipt. When returning the product to the store, please submit the form of warranty that is included in the packaging and original sales receipt.

Replacement Parts are available for suitcase repairs.

Can I return an item I bought in-store by mail?

If you bought an item in-store and need assistance, please contact the store that you purchased your item from and we will assist you from there.

I have an in-store pickup order that I want to return. Can I return it in the store?

Yes, in-store pickup orders can be returned in-store. Please bring a copy of your invoice and a store associate will assist you.
